本研究旨在編擬一份適合於評估我國成人生涯輔導需求的評量工具。「成人生涯
輔導需求量表」包括「自我了解」、「有效行為的技巧」、「發展上的改變與轉變」、「教
育、學習與訓練」、「生涯資訊」、「職業探索」、「環境探索」、「生涯規劃」、「生涯
決策」和「休閒生活」等十個分量表。量表作答方式採 Liker 式五點尺計分，全量表共 60
個題目。 經多階段抽樣方式抽取 1109 位成人學生在量表上的反應加以分析。 量表的信度
Cronbach α係數介於.87 與.93 之間， 而總量表之α值則為.98； 隔四週之重測信度介於
.65至.77之間。本研究以專家評定方式考驗內容效度；以「生涯發展需求量表」考驗同時效
度；以因素分析法中的「試探性因素分析模式」，以及因素分析結果後各分量表與總量表間
之內部相關考驗建構效度。結果顯示，此量表此頗具信、效度。根據研究發現，提出有關量
表應用與未來研究方向之具體建議供參考。

　　　　　The major purpose of this study was to develop an appropriate
assessment instructment for adult career guidance needs. There were 10 subscales
in the " Adult Career Guidance Needs Inventory ": Self-understanding, Skills to
mantain effective behavior, Developmental changes and transitions, Education
learning and training, Career informations, Occupational exploration,
Environmental exploration, Career planning, Career decisions, and Leisure life.
This inventory consisted of 60 items which used the Liker 5-point scale. Data
were collected from a sample of 1109 adult students and the results were
reported.
The statistical properties of this inventory were summarized as follows:(1) The
Cronbach α coefficient was.87 to.93, total scales α coefficient was.98. The
stability coefficeient was.65 to.77 when retested after 4 weeks;(2) The content
validity of the instructment rests on the careful development by expert rating,
「 Career Development Needs Inventory 」 were used for concurrent validity,
exploratory factor analysis model for construct validity. The reliability and
validity of this study appear to be high. The application of Adult Career
Guidance Needs Inventory and the suggestions of the future study were discussed.
