     本文旨在分析學習型組織之概念,並探討其基本假定暨實踐策略。首先,探討五項修練、策略性架構暨領導者的新角色等學習型組織理論要點。其次,探討組織學習的假定、學習型組織結構的假定暨學習型組織實踐方法之假定。最後,提出推動學習型組織的六項實踐策略: 一、 加強形塑學習型組織文化。 二、 明訂以願景與目標為導向的實施計畫。 三、 建立彈性權變的學習型組織結構。 四、 建立奉行追求卓越的學習型領導群。 五、 將五項修練融入組織行政暨日常生活之中。 六、 強化學習型組織的適當環境。
     The purpose of this paper was to analyze the concept of the learning organizations, to criticize the assumption of the learning organizations, and to propose the following six strategies to build learning organizations: 1. To cultivate a learning culture. 2. To establish shared visions and goal-oriented plans. 3. To build a contingent-flexible learning organizational structure. 4. To create a leading team in which there are many elite who in search of learning, excellence and organizational development. 5. To apply the five disciplines to organizational administration and daily life. 6. to strengthen the proper environment of learning organizations.
