針對新制實習的實施,本文就幼稚園一年實習之重要性、幼稚園實習輔導老師的 標準與選擇、實輔幼師的角色與責任、實習輔導的策略與方法加以探討;繼而對此制度之實 施原則、相關議題提出討論,並對實輔幼師本身之問題與困難提出輔助之道。本研究結論與 建議可供新制實施之參考,聯合師院與幼稚園,共同協助實習輔導幼師及初任實習幼師。

In the new one-year intern program for the ECE graduates, the important role of the kindergarten mentors were emphasized. This paper reviewed and discussed the literature of:1.the importance and function of the one-year intern program, 2.the standard and choice of kindergarten mentors, 3.the roles and the responsibilities of the kindergarten mentors, 4.the major principles and important issues about the performance of the intern program, and 5.concerns and needs of these kindergarten mentors. The review and suggestions in this paper can be helpful to connect the cooperation between kindergartens and the teachers colleges, and to assist the kindergarten mentors and novice interns to practice this new program.
