The main purpose of this research was to investigate the relationships among performance、team climate、intrinsic motivation and satisfaction. The subject (N=312,M=115,F=197) participated「1998 Intercollegiat Cheer Tourament」and completed questionnaires measuring team climate、intrinsic motivation and satisfaction. The collected data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and correlations. The main findings were as follows: 1. There was a significant difference on social team climate in different level teams. (P<.05). 2. There was a significant difference on task team climate in different level teams. (P<.05). 3. There was a significant difference on intrinsic motivation in different level teams. (P<.05). 4. There was a significant difference on satisfaction in different level teams. (P<.05). 5. There were some positive correlations among team climate、intrinsic motivation and satisfaction.(P<.05).
