　　　　　本研究之目的在探討87年度參加全國啦啦隊比賽的隊伍，其不同成績等級在團隊 氣氛、內在動機與成員滿意度之間的差異情形。本次共有13所學校參加，有390位自願參與 本研究量表之填寫，最後回收有效問卷312份，其中男生有115位，女生有197位。以獨立 樣本單因子變異數進行比較分析，獲得下列的結果： 一、 社會團隊氣氛在不同成績表現的隊伍上達顯著差異（P<.05）。 二、 工作團隊氣氛在不同成績表現隊伍上達顯著差異（P<.05）。 三、 內在動機在不同成績表現的隊伍上達顯著差異（P<.05）。 四、 滿意度在不同成績表現的隊伍上達顯著差異（P<.05）。 五、 團隊氣氛、內在動機與滿意度三者之間有正相關存在（P<.05）。 ^。
　　　　　The main purpose of this research was to investigate the relationships among performance、team climate、intrinsic motivation and satisfaction.　The subject (N=312,M=115,F=197) participated「1998 Intercollegiat Cheer Tourament」and completed questionnaires measuring team climate、intrinsic motivation and satisfaction. The collected data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and correlations. The main findings were as follows: 1. There was a significant difference on social team climate in different level teams. （P<.05）. 2. There was a significant difference on task team climate in different level teams. （P<.05）. 3. There was a significant difference on intrinsic motivation in different level teams. （P<.05）. 4. There was a significant difference on satisfaction in different level teams. （P<.05）. 5. There were some positive correlations among team climate、intrinsic motivation and satisfaction.（P<.05）.
