髕骨股骨疼痛症候群，常發生在年輕女性與運動員 的膝關節。造成的原因可能是先天結構排列不良，或者是運動傷害引起，常會導致長久的慢 性膝痛。本文的目的在於使讀者瞭解何謂髕骨股骨疼痛症候群、造成的原因為何、發生此症 狀時該如何處理、如何做復健…等，期望讀者在看完本文後能對此症狀有基本的認知。

Patellofemoral pain syndrome often occurred on the knee joint of athletes and females. It always makes people feel the pains on knees for a long time. The cause might be the malalignment of the congenital structure or sports injures. The purpose of writing this article is to help people know what Patellofemoral pain syndromeis, what causes it, and how we treat it and do some rehabilitation when we got it.
