Lifelong learning has caught tremendous attentions in recent education reforms. To achieve the ideal of lifelong learning, the author proposes four guidelines for lifelong education activities: flexibility, individualization, integration, and equalization. Practical strategies of administration and instruction are discussed. Instructional technologies are addressed as being essential to the success of instruction in lifelong learning practice.
