     Continuing professional education is essential for professionals to improve and enhance their job performance. In order to ensure the success of continuing professional education, careful program design is necessary. In this paper, the author proposes a series of strategies for conducting effective program design, including needs assessment, ordering priorities, developing learning goals ... etc.
