　　　　　本研究旳目的是探討一位周邊動脈阻塞疾病患者在住院期間，其所感受到的不確 定感經驗及因應策略。採田野研究法，在實際護理個案的過程中運用觀察、會談及身體評估 等技巧收集資料，並將個案之語言及非語言的行為以回溯方式寫成行為過程記錄，再加以整 理、歸納、分析。研究結果顯示個案在住院期間所感受到的不確定感來源包括症狀困擾、治 療成效的不確定、未預期性身體心像改變及缺乏有效的社會支持，而其採取的因應策略為憤 怒、否認、磋商、接受現實、尋求資訊及轉向他人尋求支持。希望藉此研究做為臨床護理的 參考。
　　　　　The purpose of the research was to explore the uncertainty experience and coping strategies of a patient with peripheral vascular occlusive disease during hospitalization. The field research method was applied. The data was collected through nursing processing recording, and analyzed with content analysis. Symptom distress, the uncertainty of treatment outcome, unpredictable changes in body image, and lack of social support were the uncertainty experiences most frequently expressed by patient. Coping strategies included anger, denial, passive negotiation, accepting reality, information seeking and turning to others for support. The findings of this study provide references for further clinical nursing.
