近年來頭部外傷病患的存活率大為提昇，但多數病患合併不同的人格、情緒、認 知及行為的改變，造成病患生活品質的下降及家屬的負荷。本文主要介紹應用Rancho Los Amigo認知評估工具鑑別病患認知等級，將認知依感覺刺激期、定向力期及整合期依序訓練 的模式。期使病患透過有系統的認知訓練,促進認知的恢復與發展，提昇治療的效果。

　　　　　Recently, the survival rate of head injury patients haved increased, But, most of the patients suffered from personality、emotional、cognitive and behavior changes, causing a decrease in their quality of life and burden for their families. The content of this paper is to introduce the clinical application of the Rancho Los Amigo Scale and cognitive retraining according to sensory stimulation、orientation and integeration phases. It is hoped that cognition recovery and development can benefit by systemic cognitive retraining.
