網際網路的興起與網路雙向溝通等功能，促使網路使用人數快速激增。網路快速與便捷通訊的方式，激發人際之間訊息與思想的交流，也漸為社會凝聚一群獨享網路價值觀
與使用規範的「虛擬社群」 (Virtual Community)。本論文將從臺灣學術網路使用調查結果
，解析臺灣地區網路虛擬社群的現況，並比較網路使用者社群與網路教學人員社群之間網路
價值觀之異同。

The Internet not only has two-way communication fuction, but also
prompts information flow and increases the exchage of ideas or knolwedges
between people. Many social scientists or scholars use "virtual community" to
name the Internet users, who possess the identical network values and share with
network information resources. This paper is to study the development of virtual
community in Taiwan and to compare the difference of values system between
net-users and net-instructors of TANet.
