     行銷是什麼﹖行銷是了解顧客,進而滿足顧客的過程。本文將介紹服務行銷的基 本觀念,並將其應用到圖書館,以服務行銷金三角為精神,行銷規劃過程為經緯,闡述圖書 館行銷的理念與做法。
     What is Marketing﹖ Marketing is a process through which we come to understand our customers and satisfy our customers. This paper focuses on the principles of service marketing and provides a basis for understanding how these basic concepts can be applied in libraries. By using a marketing planning process, this paper offers a step-by-step guide to help librarians apply service marketing principles to increase the effectiveness of library services.
