　　　　　本文從組織內派系（如公司派、市場派等）的市場，探討在非複記限制連記法的選舉投票下，如何經由最適配票策略之規劃與執行，以使我方派系在既有條件下，達到當選席次最大化之目標。在各派系之合格選民數已知且其可用之配票策略集合已知的前提下，本文提出賽局理論之Nash均衡分析,以找出在多派系競爭結構下，對我方最有利之配票策略；而在不充分情報下（如投票率低於百分之百,廢票率大於或等於0，散戶的投票行為具隨機性，配票成功率低於百分之百且其他派系的情況未知等），本文提出貝氏參數估計、單邊Chebyshev不等式定理及overbooking統計方法，以找出在既有情報下符合要求之最低可當選票數。在經由以上之分析找出最適配票數的前提下，本文提出一數學規劃模型，以期更進一步使細部配票作業之滿意度達到最大化之目標。最後，本文提出六點結論作為後續應用及研究之參考。
