　　　　　運動員違規用藥以達到獲勝目的，對運動倫理所造成的衝擊，是本文主要探討的 重點。經分析運動員藥物服用對運動倫理的衝擊主要有二個重點：一、『對』與『錯』在思 考上模糊化，二、從『是』(to be)到『有』(to have)的主奴倒轉現象。而在運動倫理的重建 分析中，強調運動內存性的價值，並提出運動倫理的時代意義。 結論指出當運動倫理尚未能有效制止運動員用藥之際，「教育」「預防」和「制裁」共同 進行，是一有效的途徑。
　　　　　This research is to investigate the impact to sport ethics while athlete trying to achieve his goal by drug abusing. After analysing, here comes two problems. 1) The fuzzy in thinking model between "right" and "wrong". 2)The disorder in "truth" and "false" from "to be" to "to have". This study was to awake the inner value of sports and to emphasize the sport ethics in current situation. The conclusion indicates that before sport ethics can cease athlete from drug abusing, using methods of "education", "prevention", and "punishment" at the same tme maybe an efficient replacement.
