For solving the urban parking problem effectively, it needs to develop a parking demand model which can analyze the temporal and spatial variation of parking demand. In this paper, a time-spatial parking demand model is developed based on the derived parking demand concept. It is integrated with transportation demand model. The model is useful for generating the parking space supply strategy and management concept effectively. The model is validated using Taipei city data. It can reflect the relationship of parking demand and urban land use activity. The model will be useful for creating the parking space development strategy in the future.
