　　　　　本文是兩階段研究設計，探討企業成功建立企業網路的關鍵影響因素之相關模式，然後依據模式擬訂假設並且加以驗證。第一階段運用探索性研究，目的是建立相關性研究模式與假設。首先我們基於技術、管理、組織以及高階主管與使用者等四個理論構面，查閱相關文獻，以萃取原始變數，然後訪談個案公司的專家篩選出初步變數，以完成探索性研究之問卷設計，再進一步對三十五家有建置企業網路企業之資訊主管與系分人員，部份以訪談方式，部份以直接問卷調查方式，收集的原始資料，以因素分析方法找出各理論構面的主要因子，並且依此將概念性模式修正為本文相關性研究模式，然後依此模式擬訂研究假設。第二階段運用實證研究方法，目的是驗證研究假設，實證是以全國前一千大製造業與前五百大服務業作為母群體，以隨機抽樣法抽取一千家企業作為研究樣本，以郵寄問卷，收集原始資料，然後運用相關分析以及因徑分析，進行資料分析，以驗證模式與假設，以及分析討論研究結果，說明研究貢獻以提供學術界與企業界參考。
　　　　　This paper is a two-phase research design. The purpose is to study the relational impact model of intranet critical success factors in industry, and defined the research hypothesis based on the relational research model, and verified the relational impact model and hypothesis. In phase I, we use the exploratory study. First based on the four theoretic framework of technology, management, organization and both top manager and user etc, We reviewed the literature for retrieve the source variable. Next, We found 35 businesses, and collected the source data by means of interview case study and questionnaires, and then we found out the main factors of every theoretic framework based on the factor analysis. Finally, We modified the concept model to the research model of this article, and defined the research hypothesis based on the research model. In phase Ⅱ, we use the empirical research to verify our relational impact model and hypothesis. The research population is top 1000 manufacturing industry and top 500 service industry in Taiwan. Sampling method is use the random sampling. We are sampling 1000 industry as the research sample. Mail results, we are accepted 240 questionnaires, total response rate is 24.5%. Finally, we select correlation analysis and path analysis to verify our relational impact model and hypothesis.
