     大學護理系學生在面臨由學生成為護理人員時,多有適應不良之主訴,護理教育 與實務專家對此問題均非常重視,一直嘗試尋求解決之道,文獻中提出許多不同 的教學策略,可用來增進畢業護生角色轉變時之適應能力,其中「臨床指導老師」 是所採取的教學模式之一,恰當的執行臨床指導老師教學模式,有助於學生於臨 床實習時做最有效的學習,同時可增進角色適應的能力;此外,它尚可促進臨床 指導老師個人的成長,強化其專業能力與角色功能。因此近年來國內外已有不少 學校在臨床教學中採用此教學模式。 # 330 1$aThe difficulty experienced by many baccalaureate student nurses in making the role transition from the student to the graduate nurse continues to pose problems for nursing education and nursing service personnel alike. A variety of teaching strategies described in the literature can solve the problem mentioned above. Preceptorship is one of them. It can enhance the effectiveness of student learning in the clinical setting and promote role adjustment immediately upon graduation. At the preceptor perspective, it can also provied opportunities for personal growth and professional role enhancement. Because of the advantages, preceptorship is another choice for clinical teaching in the university nursing education.
