本研究目的是探討早產兒出院前母親自信度的相關因素，採面談問卷法收集資料， 調查對象是北區三家醫院的110位早產兒母親。研究結果發現，在相關因素分析 上，母親的年齡、產次、參加育嬰課程、閱讀照顧早產兒的報導、照顧早產兒的 經驗、支持系統、憂鬱程度及早產兒住院天數八個變項與母親的自信度有關；而 在多變項迴歸預測模式中，母親自信度的預測因素則包括母親的年齡、產次、照 顧早產兒的經驗、憂鬱程度及早產兒住院天數。護理人員可運用此研究結果，早 期確認自信度低的早產兒母親，並針對個別需要提供她們有關育嬰的衛教與心理 支持。 # 330 1$aThe purpose of this study was to investigate the factors associated with maternal confidence before the premature infant' s discharge. The data was collected by questionnaire through interviewing 110 mothers of premature infants at three medical centers located in northern Taiwan. The results showed that, on the correlational analysis, maternal confidence was related to maternal age, parity, parenting classes, reading magazine about caring premature infant, the experience of caring for the premature infant, social support, depression degree, and the length of the infant' s hospitalization. In the multiple regression prediction equation, maternal age, parity, the experience of caring for the premature infant, depression degree, and length of the infant's hospitalization were predictors of maternal confidence. The outcome of this study would first help the nurses to identify those mothers with lower maternal confidence in the early stage, and further, according to individual needs, provide them with mental support as well as education on caring for premature infants.
