The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences of teaching willingness among the educational program's students, teachers colleges's students and elementary school teachers. 426 subjects were participated in this study and were given self-developed "Teaching Willingness" questionnaire. In the analysis of this data, mehtods such as Factor Analysis, two-factors ANOVA, T test, Scheffe test were used to analyze or generalize the related information and data. The major findings were: 1. There were significant on gender and groups interaction effect. 2. The total female subjects perceived higher teaching willingness than the total male subjects. 3. The educational program's students perceived the highest teaching willingness among the three different types of groups.
