　　　　　本文分析台灣的網際網路(Internet and Intranet)發展及企業運用網際網路等資訊技術的情形，同時利用台灣IBM Mobile研Office、信義房屋及新加坡甲骨文公司等案例，說明廠商成功利用網際網路改善競爭能力。最後試圖針對企業在引進網際網路技術時，組織變革的步驟，提出一般性的看法。以利台灣企業網際網路技術的引進及運用，創造產業網路及組織內的網路效益，提高廠商的競爭力。

　　　　　This paper develops five steps of organizational change when the firm introduces the technology of Internet and Intranet into organization to procure the advantage. This paper shows three examples to describe the advantage from Internet and Intranet. Five steps represent competitive environments, obstacles, assessment, management and performance of organizational change.
