題名:從實作型研習探討國小統整課程的實施

     本研究為了解國小實施統整課程的實況,特規劃一實作型研習,再從實作型研習 中探討國小教師實施統整課程的內涵與回應。分析 35 位國小教師所提供的教學檔案及整理 46 位國小教師心得分享錄音內容後, 獲以下結論:(一)統整課程的實施內涵:教科書單 元與課程統整精神可兼顧;(二)參加實作型研習的回應:實作型研習可被接受,亦有其成 效;(三)實施統整課程教學的回應:大多肯定對學生的學習有積極功能,透過親師溝通亦 可獲得家長正向回饋。最後,本研究並對教育行政機關、學校及教師三方面提具體建議。
     The purpose of this study is to explore elementary school integrated curriculum activated by performance based teachers workshop. The following conclusions are obtained by analyzing the teaching portfolios of 35 elementary school teachers and feedbacks from 46 teachers. They are:(1) After workshop, teachers are able to integrated units in textbooks; (2) Teachers showed positive attitude toward and found positive results from teachers workshop; (3) Teachers believed that integrated curriculum had positive results in students learning, and, through regular communication with parents, teachers received positive responses from parents. This paper also presents suggestions for educational agencies, school administrators, and school teachers for their efforts to initiate integrated curriculum at elementary schools.
