題名：建立企業網路（Intranet）的關鍵因素

　　　　　本文目的找出企業網路的關鍵因素以及分析討論。首先我們查閱相關文獻，以萃取原始變數，然後訪談個案公司的專家篩選出初步變數，以完成探索性問卷設計，再進一步對二十七家有建置企業網路的企業，以德菲爾方法為基礎，部份採用訪談方式，部份採用問卷調查方式以搜集資料，然後統計篩選出關鍵因素。第二階段為抽樣實證調查以關鍵因素設計問卷，以全國前一千大製造業與前五百大服務業作為研究母群體，以等距隨機抽樣法抽取八百家企業作為研究樣本，以郵寄問卷，搜集企業對於建置企業網路認知的資料，然後運用平均數、標準差、相關分析、因素分析、迴歸分析等統計方法以探討關鍵因素的重要性。研究結果，本文找出的建置企業網路之關鍵因素，以及本文結論所提出的具體建議，可以作為企業建置企業網路時規劃、設計、管理、評估的典範，能夠提高建置企業網路的成功率，在目前企業網路蓬勃發展的情況有實際的貢獻。
　　　　　The purpose of this article is to find out the critical successful factors (CSF) of Intranet adoption. First, we reviewed the literature for retrieve the source variables to complete the exploratory study. Next, we found 27 businesses, and collected the source data by means of interview case study and questionnaires based on Delphi method, and then we found out the CSF of Intranet adoption. Then, we use the CSF to design questionnaires of our empirical research. The research population is Top 1000 manufacturing industry and top 500 services industry in Taiwan. Sampling method is use the equal-distance random sampling. We are sampling 800 industry as the research sample. Finally, we use mean, standard deviation, correlation analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis to verify the importance of the CSF on Intranet adoption. The results suggest that the proposed model offer the enterprises a model to plan, to design, to manage and to evaluate their own Intranet and in turn promote the success possibility of Intranet adoption.
