     碳水化合物是運動員運動時的重要能量來源。人體內的碳水化合物儲存量有限, 因此運動員平日碳水化合物的攝取量,以及運動前、中、後碳水化合物的補充,關係著運動 員平日訓練的品質與運動時的表現。所以如何正確且有效率的補充碳水化合物,便成為教練 與運動選手們應該瞭解的課題。本文就以1.碳水化合物在體內的儲存量,2.碳水化合物對運 動員的重要性3.碳水化合物的升糖效應(The glycemic effect) 4.運動前、中、後碳水化合物的 攝取與5.結語等單元為大家介紹碳水化合物與運動的關係。
