　　　　　個人在日常生活中經由與環境的互動會形成「身體心像」(body image)，疾病和 治療的過程中往往會改變個人的身體心像。在國內外雖然已有許多針對身體心像改變的個案 報告和研究文章，但是尚未有人特別對「身體心像」做有系統的概念分析，本文藉由對身體 心像的概念分析，以達成下列四項目標:(1)確立身體心像的鑑定性特徵，(2)區分身體心像與 其他相似概念之不同，(3)提出臨床常見的身體心像改變案例，(4)列舉臨床常用的實證性參 考資料。
