本文就中國大陸公共圖書館工作人員的狀況進行調查與研究，對於圖書館專業對
伍建議提出如下幾點：圖書館需要具有綜合素質人才；改革圖書館學教育，以適合事業發展
要求；繼續教育是在職人員提高素質的心由之路；完善專業人員管理，體現「以人為本」原
則。

This article makes an investigation and study of the current condition
of public library staff in Mainland China. For improving the quality of library
professionals, this article put forward the proposals as follows: library need
the professionals of comprehensive quality; reform library science education so
as to meet the needs of the development of libraries; continuing education is
the only way to improve the quality of library staff; and strengthen the
management of library professionals.
