　　　　　在超高層建築地區風害績效管制制度中，獲取使用者心理行為影響度以管制都市空間有深入探索之必要。本研究內容包括：(1)使用者心理行為影響模式；(2)心理行為影響度之空間系統化；(3)績效管制理念；(4)績效分區管制系統之應用。其分析方法為：(1)系統分析方法；(2)成偶比較法；(3)迴歸分析。準此研究成果，將建立臺北市超高層建築地區之績效分區管制系統，以提供都市規劃設計之參考。
　　　　　A system for performance controls of wind hazard in high-rise building areas, in order to obtain the users' psychological behavior effect of controlling the urban space is necessary. This study includes the followings: (1) a pattern of users' psychological behavior effects; (2) spatial systemizing of psychological behavior effect degree; (3) an idea of performance controls; (4) an application of performance zoning system. The analysis methods of this study are: (1) system analysis methods; (2) pair-wise comparative method; and (3) regression analysis. Basing on the results that a performance zoning system should be established in high-rise building areas/Taipei municipality, providing a valuable reference of urban planning and design.
