　　　　　本研究旨在探討半導體產業技術移轉模式，藉由不同之移轉條件與技術互動情形, 來探討技術移轉之績效。研究發現技術移轉模式對移轉績效之影響並無顯著之關係存在，但 經由移轉條件與技術移轉模式的搭配而可獲致良好的移轉績效。在技術互動方面的探討可發 現高技術互動群，對績效之影響呈現顯著的差異，表示良好的互動必能對移轉績效產生正面 的影響關係。而在各移轉時機的選定，技術互動因子在移轉階段上，不同的組合對移轉績效 之影響呈現出不同程度上的表現。
　　　　　The study deals with technology transfer modes in semiconductor industry, through different transfer condition and technology interaction, to discuss about transfer performance. This research found that there is no significant relation between technology transfer modes and the effect of performance; but better performance can be obtained through the combination of transfer condition and technology transfer modes. In the research of technology interaction, the high technology interaction group has significant effect on performance, which mean well interaction has positive effect on performance. The differ combination of technology interaction factor has different on the effect of performance in each transfer stage.
