政治、經濟、技術、戰爭等是影響都市形式的基本因素，影響力之大 小及呈現的方式雖因時、空的差異而有所變化，惟以政治力量為主軸則無疑義。 本文，因此以政治權力形構的空間秩序為題，分別從： 1. 寡頭政治體制的城市格局 2. 中國都城的封建政治涵構 3. 文藝復興的理想城市 4. 軍事技術形構的城市暨臺南安平奧倫治城的形式淵源 探討都市格局形構的因果關係，以為都市形式的時空之辯證；並為台灣第一座西 式城市（奧倫治城）的形制之詮釋與溯源。

　　　　　Politics,economics,techniques,warfare,etc.,are the main factors which influence the formation of the urban form.The influences and ways of presentation of thece factors were changed by the time and space,but the factor of politics was the main one undoubtedly.Therefore, this paper mainly focuses on the space order formed by political power from the viewpoints as follows. 1. The city form of oligarchy. 2. The context of feudal politics in the capital city of China. 3. The Idea City of Renaissance. 4. The city formed by military Techniques＆The origin of form of Orange in Anpin of Tainan. It is so as to study the causality of the formation of city form as a dialectic between the space and the time of city form.It is finally also to trace and interpret the origin of the first western city form in Taiwan（Orange）.
