　　　　　如何有效的評估高等教育成效，並據此作最佳化的高等教育資源分配決策，一直是管理學者與教育學者所關心的研究主題，由於前述此二主題間有密切關聯性，故本論文將首先發展概念性模式予以整合。另外本論文將以生產力觀點，引用資料包給法（Data Envelopment Analysis；DEA）發展其量化模式，並修正DEA模式使其具有提供多種改善方案的能力。也就是說本論文將運用DEA與修正的DEA模式建立之高等教育整合性生產力評估與資源分配模式。

　　　　　How to evaluate the performance of higher education and consider the optimal resource allocation problem at the same time, has been a subject of lasting interest for the management scientist. This paper presents the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) methodology in the measurement of higher ducation's operational efficiency. By modifying the original DEA model, we have arrived at a new model, which endows the DEA approach with the ability of resource allocation and target resetting. A numerical example is solved to show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
