本文係利用灰色系統來探討臺灣地區壽險需求量的影響因素中，那些因素對壽險需求會有顯著的影響，並對未來的壽險需求量作一簡單的預測。GM(1, N)、GM(1, 1)與新陳代謝等三種模糊灰色系統模型則分別被介紹，並據以建模、檢定與預測。研究結果顯示，國民所得、平均餘命與死亡率為影響臺灣地區壽需求主要解釋變數，而且利用模糊灰色系統來作預測，其準確度非常高。

　　　　　The prediction and factors that may affect the life insurance demand in Taiwan area have been proposed in this study. Three grey system model, GM(1, N)、GM(1, 1) and the recursive model, have been introduced to create, test and predict. The results show that National Income, Life Expectancy and Death Rate are found to be important factor. Sand by using the grey system model, the life insurance demand prediction are very accurate and effective.
