文章在構建基于云服務平臺的競爭情報服務聯盟模型的基礎上,將研究重點放在建立健全聯盟內部運行機制上,以確保聯盟有序運轉。詳細探究了動力機制、聯盟成員選擇與信任機制、協同機制、風險管理機制四大運行機制,首先對這四大運行機制總體關系模型進行剖析,再對各運行機制在該服務聯盟中扮演的角色進行具體闡述,旨在鞏固加強競爭情報服務聯盟中各盟員的聯系,調動盟員積極性,促進信息資源的共享,滿足制造企業的競爭情報需求。

This paper first constructs the model of competitive intelligence service alliance based on cloud service platform. On that basis,the paper focuses on constructing and improving the internal operating mechanism of the alliance in order to ensure the orderly operation of alliance. The paper expounds on the dynamic mechanism,choice of alliance members and trust mechanism, coordination mechanism and risk management mechanism. First of all, the paper thoroughly analyzes the general relationship among the four operating mechanisms. Then, the paper clarifies the role of each operating mechanism in the service alliance in order to strengthen the contacts of members in the alliance, arouse the initiatives of the alliance member,promote information resources sharing, and meet the demands of competitive intelligence in manufacturing enterprises.
