突發公共事件所喚醒的民眾負性情緒對于輿論信息傳播有著重要影響作用,文章以輿論信息傳播傾向作為結果變量,運用情境實驗的方法分別通過5個實驗來系統檢驗突發公共事件中民眾負性情緒的喚醒程度,負性情緒對于輿論信息傳播傾向的影響作用過程中相對剝奪感、群體效能以及突發公共事件信息(權威信息、精確信息)等變量的調節作用。最后根據研究所得結論提出相關輿論信息管理的對策與建議。

Negative emotions evoked by public emergencies have an important impact on information dissemination of public opinion. Using information dissemination propensity of public opinion as outcome variable,this study provides five scenario experiments to examine the evoking degree of the negative emotions in public and the regulations of negative emotions to relative deprivation,collective efficacy,event information( authoritative information and precise information) and other variables. In the end,some suggestions are proposed for public opinion management.
