為了研究B2C企業數據資產質量的影響因素,文章運用扎根理論對半結構化訪談所形成的質性材料進行分析并逐級編碼。發現數據資產質量管理的動機因素、標準和規范因素、過程管理因素、支撐與保障因素等對數據資產質量具有重要影響。由于調研樣本的局限,不能窮盡影響數據資產質量的所有因素,還需要在實踐中不斷探索和完善。

In order to study the factors affecting the quality of B2C enterprises data assets,this paper analyzes the qualitative materials formed by semi-structured interviews and codes the materials step by step based on the grounded theory. The paper finds that factors of motivation,standard and regulation,process management,support and guarantee have important influences on the quality of data. Because of the limitations of the research samples,factors influencing data assets quality cannot be exhausted in this paper. Further practice is needed to perfect the conclusions.
