[目的/意義]深入探析國外科研數據管理研究熱點,能夠為我國科研數據管理提供更為清晰的發展規劃和更具針對性的建議。[方法/過程]通過網絡調研和文獻調研對國外科研數據管理的文獻進行概念辨析和熱點探討。[結果/結論]國外科研數據管理研究熱點主要集中在數據生命周期理論和科研數據管理服務。文章從科研數據管理政策、數據生命周期理論和科研數據管理服務體系構建3個角度提出我國開展科研數據管理活動的對策建議。
[Purpose/significance] The analysis of research data management abroad can provide a clear development plan and specific suggestions for the research data management in China.[Method/process]Through network investigation and literature research,this paper discriminates concepts and discusses research hotspots of literature on research data management abroad.[Result/conclusion] The studies abroad focus on the life cycle theory of research data and research data management services.The paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the development of research data management service in China from the perspectives of policy,data life cycle theory and construction of service system.
