文章通過網絡和文獻調查國內外電子書自出版現狀,分析電子書自出版商業模式,發現電子書自出版有助于圖書館拓寬采購渠道,節省采購經費,提高服務能力,擴大服務范圍,但也增加了資源質量識別、整合與檢索發現的難度。圖書館可利用自身優勢為用戶提供自出版服務,培養自出版人才,提升圖書館員業務能力,促進地方文化發展與特色館藏資源建設。

This paper studies the development of e-books self-publishing by network investigation and literature review, analyzes the business model of e-books self-publishing, and finds that e-books self-publishing is beneficial to libraries to broaden procurement channels,to save purchasing funds,to improve service capabilities,to expand the scope of services. However,it adds to the difficulties of identifying quality resources,integrating and retrieving resources. Library can use its own advantages to provide users with self-publishing service,cultivate self-publishing talent,enhance librarians’ professional ability,and promote local culture and special collection construction.
