文章回顧了20世紀80年代以來國內外圖書館界項目管理的理論與實踐。除了圖書館應用項目管理的理由、流程、方法和領域外,部分理論研究涉及項目管理和業務管理在組織結構中的沖突。文章對國內外幾個典型的圖書館項目管理案例進行了點評和比較。
Project management has been applied to libraries since 1980 s. The paper reviews the studies and practices of library project management at home and abroad, including the reasons, procedures, methods and types of projects. Besides,organizational structures which represent the conflicts between project management and processing management in library have been discussed, and some cases of library project management are also reviewed.
