【目的/意義】通過挖掘電子商務平臺冗雜的在線評論信息,對在線評論進行效用過濾,將質量高、有用性強的評論呈獻給消費者。【方法/過程】從Spearman相關性分析影響在線評論效用高相關因素入手,構建基于模糊神經網絡(FNN)的在線商品評論效用模型,提出一種在線評論效用分類方法。【結果/結論】通過對亞馬遜電子商務平臺手機評論的實例驗證,證明本文模型方法能夠對在線商品評論效用進行有效區分,提出的在線商品評論分類過濾模型具有較高的準確度和有效性。
【Purpose/significance】Through e-commerce platform miscellaneous online reviews information mining and utili-ty filtration of online reviews,high quality, useful reviews are dedicated to the consumers.【Methods/process】From the highrelevant influence factors of online reviews’ utility by Spearman correlation relevant analysis,we construct the fuzzy neuralnetwork model based on the utility of online product reviews,and propose an online reviews utility classification method.【Result/conclusion】Through the examples of mobile phone reviews in the Amazon e-commerce platform,we prove that themodel method can distinguish the effect of online product reviews,the online product reviews classification filtration modelhas high accuracy and effectiveness.
