【目的/意義】研究移動數字閱讀APP用戶退出意愿的影響因素,可有效防止用戶流失,并為服務提供商在APP設計與用戶管理方面提供參考依據。【方法/過程】以移動數字閱讀APP用戶為調查對象,獲取有效問卷384份,構建結構方程模型對其退出意愿的影響因素進行實證分析。【結果/結論】系統質量不滿意與信息質量不滿意顯著影響移動數字閱讀APP用戶退出意愿;服務質量不滿意不直接影響退出意愿,但對于系統質量不滿意與用戶退出意愿間的關系起調節作用。移動數字閱讀APP提供商應該特別注意提升系統質量與服務質量。
【Purpose/significance】Research on the factors influencing users’ exit intention of mobile digital reading APPcan effectively prevent the loss of users, and provide reference for service providers in product design and usermanagement. [Method/process】Taking the users of mobile digital reading APPs as the object of investigation, 384 validquestionnaires are obtained. The structural equation model is constructed to analyze the influencing factors. 【Result/conclusion】 Dissatisfactions with system quality and information quality significantly influence user’s exit intention ofmobile digital reading APPs. Dissatisfaction with service quality does not directly affect exit intention, which plays aregulatory role on the relationship between dissatisfaction with the system quality and user’s exit intention. Existing mobiledigital reading APP providers should pay special attention to improve their system quality and service quality.
