交通基礎設施的更新是城市更新的重要組成部分。本文總結國外交通基礎設施更新的發展與實踐,發現交通基礎設施的更新不僅僅是交通的改善,更多的是基于城市整體環境提升、活力恢復、歷史風貌延續等多元目標。當前北京對城市整體環境提出更高的要求,對城市交通改善的需求也更強烈。本文預判未來北京交通基礎設施更新的趨勢,認為建成區尤其是北京老城將愈發重視交通設施的更新,其更新類型將更加多樣化,且逐漸重視交通灰色空間的利用。最后通過研究北京老城的3個規劃案例,提出城市交通基礎設施更新規劃的設計流程、研究內容和規劃實施保障。

The renewal of transportation infrastructure is an important part of urban renewal. This article summarizes the development and practice of transportation infrastructure renewal in foreign cites. Transportation infrastructure renewal not only improves traffic, but also upgrades general urban environment, regains urban vitality, and retains the historic style. At present, Beijing has higher requirements on the overall environment of the city, and a stronger demand for urban traffic improvement. To predict the future update trend of Beijing traffic infrastructure, the old city should pay more attention to it, and the renewal types should be more diversified, and the traffic gray space utilization will be increasingly important. Finally, by studying three planning cases of Beijing’s old city, the design process, the research content, and the implementation guarantee of urban transportation infrastructure renewal planning are proposed.
