以蘇州消涇村為樣本,解析了在互聯網及信息技術影響下,以生產特色農產品為主導的村莊所呈現出的一種新的靈活生產組織和圍繞這種生產組織形成的新的空間形態。在這一過程中,消涇村逐漸轉向一種以資源和信息為中心的地方性功能節點。而傳統的規劃手段很難符合這一類型村莊的發展訴求,尤其是在公共資源配置、行使規劃發展權等方面,規劃未來需要在這些方面做出努力。

Taking Xiaojing Village of Suzhou as an example, this paper analyzes the kind of flexible production organization and the new spatial form emerging under the influence of internet and information technology in the village, which takes characteristic agricultural products as the leading industry. At the same time, Xiaojing Village is shifting to a resource and information center. The current planning means are difficult to meet the demands of the development of this type of village, especially the allocation of public resources, the exercise of the right to planning and development. The future planning needs to make more effort in these areas.
