Taking Xiaojing Village of Suzhou as an example, this paper analyzes the kind of flexible production organization and the new spatial form emerging under the influence of internet and information technology in the village, which takes characteristic agricultural products as the leading industry. At the same time, Xiaojing Village is shifting to a resource and information center. The current planning means are difficult to meet the demands of the development of this type of village, especially the allocation of public resources, the exercise of the right to planning and development. The future planning needs to make more effort in these areas.
