[目的/意義]探究虛擬社區用戶健康知識共享行為的影響因素及機理,對優化醫療資源配置和維持社區繁榮發展具有重要意義。[方法/過程]文章整理45名虛擬社區用戶的訪談材料,依據扎根理論對原始資料進行定性分析,通過三步編碼得到40個概念、12個范疇和4個主范疇,并構建了虛擬社區用戶健康知識共享行為影響因素理論模型。[結果/結論]研究發現,個體因素、感知因素、虛擬社區因素和健康求助因素是決定用戶知識共享的關鍵因素,其中前兩者影響力較大,后兩者能有效調節前兩者對知識共享行為的影響強度或方向。

[Purpose/significance] It is of great significance to optimize the allocation of medical resources and maintain the prosperous development of community by exploring the influencing factors and mechanism of users’ health knowledge sharing behaviours in virtual community. [Method/process] Interview data of 45 users of virtual community have been collected,and then a qualitative analysis of the original statements is conducted according to the grounded theory. Through three coding steps,40 concepts,12 categories and 4 main categories are found. And the theoretical model of influencing factors of virtual community users’ health knowledge sharing behaviours is constructed. [Result/conclusion] The paper finds that factors of individual,perception,virtual community and health help seeking are key determinatives of users’ health knowledge sharing. The first two factors have stronger influence,while the latter two can effectively regulate influence intensity or direction of the first two on health knowledge sharing behaviours.
