知識模塊化是在企業業務求解過程中知識資源的一種協作形態,只在有業務求解的過程中,知識的價值才能得以體現,同時相關情境要素的配置直接影響著知識作用的發揮。因而,集成情境要素的模塊化構思是知識管理與實踐的新拓展。利用模塊化理念研究知識資源協作及知識資源與情境的集成問題,建立知識模塊與情境要素之間的有效聯系與集成鏈接,建立面向業務執行的情境集成化知識模塊模型,揭示企業知識需求、應用情境以及業務求解三者之間的融合關系。提出了面向業務求解的情境化知識模塊服務體系框架,并進行原型系統的設計開發。研究旨在刻畫知識資源間的協作性,提高情境與知識模塊的集成性,提高業務問題求解及知識管理績效。

Knowledge modularity is a cooperative form of knowledge resources in enterprise business problem solving process,only in which the value of knowledge can be realized. At the same time,relevant contextual elements directly affect the performance of knowledge. Therefore,the modularity idea which integrates contextual elements is a new development in the field of knowledge management and practice. This paper studies knowledge resources collaboration and the integration of knowledge resources and contexts,establishes the effective connection and integration link between knowledge modules and the contextual elements,and builds a model of contextualized integration knowledge module for business execution,which reveals the integration relationship among enterprise knowledge demands,application context and business problem solving. The contextualized knowledge module service system framework is proposed and the prototype system is designed and developed. It aims to describe the collaboration among knowledge resources,improve the integration of contexts and knowledge modules,and enhance business problem solving and knowledge management performance.
