[目的/意義]隨著信息社會的發展,情報感知所處的任務環境、面對的任務對象和需要的技術手段日趨復雜,情報感知研究是當前情報學術的重要議題。[方法/過程]本研究吸收借鑒經典情報工作模型,結合情報技術項目實踐,從情報感知的工作模式、關聯工具、前沿技術三個方面探析情報感知的方法,尋求情報感知能力的提升路徑。[結果/結論]建議突破傳統情報工作思路,抓住基于情報感知研究的核心關切,踐行"醒得早""看得遠"等情報特色使命;吸收融合數據感知、情境感知和態勢感知等關聯領域的方法規律和運用規則;關注前沿技術進展,梳理、評估、引進和設計構建適于開展情報感知的技術及方法組合。

[Purpose/significance] With the development of the information society,the task environment,task object and technical means required for information awareness have become increasingly complex. Enhancing information awareness is a major issue in current information research. [Method/process]This study learns from the classic information service mode,combines with information technology project practice,analyzes information awareness methods from the aspects of information awareness service mode,associated tools and frontier technology,and seeks a path to improve information awareness capability. [Result/conclusion]It is proposed to break through the traditional thinking of information service,grasp the core concerns based on information awareness research,and implement the characterized missions of"wake early"and"look far". Moreover,it is advised to integrate the methods and rules in the relevant fields of data-aware,context-aware and situation awareness. And researchers should also pay attention to cutting-edge technological developments,and comb,evaluate,introduce and design technologies and methods combinations that are suitable for conducting information awareness research.
