[目的/意義]探討更加科學、更加靈活的發明人評價方案,以期對發明人的影響力作出更精確、更全面的分析和評價。[方法/過程]基于"文獻計量分析"和"社會網絡分析"方法,通過優化NBA(Network-based Allocation)方案提出了一種發明人影響力綜合評價InventorRank(IR)模型。[結果 /結論]IR模型可以克服其他算法和評價指標的不足,具有更高的區分度,結果更穩定、更合理。

[Purpose/significance] The exploration on a more scientific and flexible inventor evaluation scheme can make a more accurate and comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the influence of the inventors. [Method/process] Based on "bibliometrics analysis"and"social network analysis",the InventorRank( IR) model that is used to evaluate inventor’s comprehensive influence is proposed by optimizing NBA( Network-based Allocation) scheme. [Result/conclusion] The IR model can overcome the deficiencies of other algorithms and evaluation indicators,and has a higher degree of division,and more stable and reasonableresult.
