采用問卷法對578名大學生進行調查,探討完美主義與大學生學業拖延的關系,提出一個有調節的中介模型,考察時間管理傾向的中介作用和自尊的調節作用。結果顯示:(1)積極完美主義顯著負向預測大學生學業拖延,消極完美主義與學業拖延呈顯著正相關;(2)時間管理傾向在積極完美主義與學業拖延之間起部分中介作用;(3)時間管理傾向對大學生學業拖延的預測受到個體自尊水平的調節,相比于低自尊大學生,時間管理傾向對高自尊大學生學業拖延的預測更為顯著。
By adopting the questionnaire method,the present study was conducted among 578 Chinese college students to investigate the influence of perfectionism on academic procrastination,and to explore the mediating effect of time management disposition as well as the moderating effect of self-esteem. The results showed that:(1) positive perfectionism significantly and negatively predicted academic procrastination,and there was a significant positive correlation between negative perfectionism and academic procrastination;(2) Time management disposition played a partially mediating role between positive perfectionism and college students’ academic procrastination;(3) The mediation of time management disposition was moderated by self-esteem. This link of time management disposition and academic procrastination was stronger for college students with high self-esteem than for those with low self-esteem.
