[目的/意義]近年來圖書館版權服務研究已成為圖書館學新的研究熱點,其中圖書館版權服務機構的成立標志著圖書館版權服務又邁上一個新臺階。高校圖書館是提供版權服務的重要部門,為了順應信息化時代的歷史潮流,高校圖書館既加強了對版權服務的重視程度,也完善了版權服務的內容體系。在版權服務方面,加拿大高校圖書館早已積累了大量的實踐經驗以及理論思考。在國內實踐經驗幾近空白的情況下,此舉對我國高校圖書館版權服務的實施與建設具有重要的指導意義。[方法/過程]對加拿大知名高校圖書館網站經過逐一訪問與調查后,結合已有文獻,選出了重點調查的8所高校圖書館,并研究了它們版權服務的機構、路徑以及內容。經過綜合比較、全面剖析各個學校圖書館的版權政策,文章提出了對我國具有開拓性意義的指導意見。[結果/結論]調查發現,圖書館版權辦公室在版權服務的實施過程中起到了重要作用,是實施版權服務的重要依托。文章結合對加拿大各高校圖書館版權辦公室設置情況的調查結果,就版權辦公室的機構設置、人員配置與編制建設進行說明與介紹,以期日后對我國高校圖書館版權辦公室的建設有所幫助。

[Purpose/significance] In recent years,the research of library copyright service has become a new research hotspot in Library Science,in which the establishment of library copyright service institutions marks a new step. The university library is an important department to provide the copyright service. In order to conform to the historical trend of the information age,the university library not only strengthens the importance to the copyright service,but also perfects the content system of the copyright service. In the near-blank situation of domestic practical experience,the Canadian university libraries have already accumulated a lot of practical experience and theoretical thinking,which is of great significance to the implementation and construction of the copyright service of university libraries in China. [Method/process] After visiting and investigating famous university library websites in Canada,the paper chooses eight university libraries to study their institutions,paths and content of copyright services. Through comprehensive comparison and analysis of the copyright policies of each school library,the paper puts forward some guiding opinions with pioneering significance to our country. [Result/conclusion] It is found that the library copyright office plays an important role in the implementation of copyright services,and it is an important support for the implementation of copyright services. Based on the investigation results of the establishment of the copyright office of the university libraries in Canada,the paper explains and introduces the institutional setup,staffing and construction of the copyright office,in order to help build the copyright office of university libraries in China.
