[目的/意義]對補充計量學在實證方面的研究進行歸納總結,指出補充計量學在實證研究中面臨的挑戰,以期推動補充計量學在實證研究方面的發展。[方法/過程]采用文獻回顧的方法,從補充計量指標分類、指標間的關聯關系、補充計量指標的可用性、影響補充計量指標的要素、基于補充計量學的評價模型五個方面對現有基于補充計量學展開的實證研究進行梳理和分析,總結補充計量學在學術傳播和科研評價過程中的研究現狀。[結果/結論]提出補充計量學在實證研究方面面臨缺乏堅實的概念框架和理論基礎、對補充計量學的定義和所反映影響力維度缺乏統一認識、缺乏用戶的行為和動機分析、數據質量和可靠性難以保障四個方面的挑戰。通過總結,指出社會媒體活動并不等同于社會影響力,評價過程中需要謹慎使用引用指標和補充計量指標。

[Purpose/significance] This paper summarizes the empirical research on Altmetrics andpoints out the challenges,so as to promote its development. [Method/process] Using the literature review method,from the aspects of the classification of Altmetrics indicators,the correlation among the indicators,the availability of the indicators,the key influencing factors,and the evaluation model based on Altmetrics,this paper combs and analyzes the existing empirical research based on Altmetrics,and summarizes the research status of Altmetricsin scholarly communication and scientific research evaluation. [Result/conclusion] The challenges of Altmetrics in empirical research include four aspects: lacking a solid conceptual framework and theoretical basis,lacking unified understanding of the definition and the influence dimensions of Altmetrics,lacking user behavior and motivation analysis,and the issues of data quality and reliability. Through the summary,the paper points out that social media activities are not equal to social influence. In the process of evaluation,the citation index and Altmetrics indicators should be used cautiously.
