This article builds a model related to users’ willingness to continue using university libraries’ WeChat public accounts. It provides recommendations for enhancing users’ willingness to use this type of accounts. The new model was constructed based on the DM and ECM-IT models. The measurement scale was designed and verified by user surveys. Finally,the new model was tested by using the structural equation modeling. The findings of this study show that the new model has good applicability in library WeChat public accounts and will improve users’ willingness to use. This goal can be achieved from five dimensions:information quality,system quality,perceived value,positive emotional factors and user satisfaction.
