隨著中國現代化建設和城市化步伐的加快,越來越多的少數民族人口到城市經商、學習、工作。由于風俗習慣、宗教信仰、語言和文化背景的差異,少數民族流動人口給城市管理帶來了新的挑戰。本文通過對南寧市少數民族流動人口"13456"服務模式實地調研,了解城市少數民族流動人口的服務現狀,發現其中存在的問題,并針對這些問題提出可行性建議,對做好民族工作,維護社會穩定,促進經濟發展,構建和諧社會具有重要意義。

As accelerating modernization and urbanization in China, more and more minority population enters cities to do business or study or work. It has brought new challenges to management of floating urban minority population due to the differences in customs, religious beliefs, language and cultural backgrounds. Based on the field investigation to the " 13456" service model for the floating minority population in Nanning,this paper examines the conditions of services for the floating minority population and finds out problems existed, it puts forward some feasible suggestions in aiming at these problems. It is significant to the improvement of minority work,the maintenance social stability,the promotion of economic development and the construction of a harmonious society.
