日益興起的科學數據出版聚焦于促進科學數據的共享與利用,對于科技信息機構開展科學數據資源建設和服務具有重要意義。文章首先分析了科學數據的構成,并解讀了新型信息環境下科學數據出版的內涵與價值;其次以國防科技領域為例,從開發利用角度分析了科學數據出版的主要模式及其特點;最后提出了下一步加強國防科技領域科學數據開發利用工作的若干建議。

The rising of scientific data publishing focuses on promoting the sharing and utilization of scientific data,which is of great significance for scientific and technical information institutions to carry out scientific data resources construction and services.This paper first analyzes the composition of scientific data,and interprets the connotation and value of scientific data publishing in the new information environment.Secondly,the field of defense science and technology is taken as an example to analyze the main modes and characteristics of scientific data publishing from the perspective of development and utilization.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to strengthen the development and utilization of scientific data in the field of defense science and technology.
