[目的/意義]交互記憶系統作為一個理論已得到廣泛認可,本研究旨在展現施引文獻視角下國外交互記憶系統研究進展。[方法/過程]結合SSCI/SCI數據庫,發現闡述交互記憶系統理論的三篇文獻得到了廣泛引用,施引文獻分布在多個領域。本研究先定位到1991年發表的一篇文獻,對引用了這篇文獻的所有文獻進行關鍵詞詞頻統計分析;再從施引文獻中選取有代表性的交互記憶系統研究論文,對交互記憶系統研究的發展動態進行述評。[結果/結論]關鍵詞詞頻統計分析展現了交互記憶系統研究的重點和熱點;交互記憶系統研究的發展動態主要體現在:交互記憶系統的特征和測量、交互記憶系統對知識行為的影響、交互記憶系統對績效的影響。

[Purpose/significance] Transactive memory systems(TMSs) have been extensively acknowledged as a theory.This study aims at presenting the progress of foreign TMSs research from the perspective of citing papers.[Method/process] With the SSCI/SCI database,three papers regarding the TMSs theory were found to be extensively cited by the papers scattered in several fields.This study firstly located one paper which was published in 1991.The word frequency statistics analysis was conducted oriented to the keywords provided by the papers citing this paper.Then,this study employed the method of literature study to conduct review based on typical TMSs research papers selected from the citing papers.[Result/conclusion] The word frequency statistics analysis illustrates the hot topics of TMSs research.The development trend of TMSs research includes the following aspects:characteristics and measures of TMSs,the impact of TMSs on knowledge behaviors,and the impact of TMSs on performance.
